Products with confirmed manufacturing defects may be replaced if returned in original condition with all packaging and accessories.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
REFUND POLICY
Redwell does not offer refunds.
Approved cases will receive a replacement unit of the same model after inspection.
Replacements are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
